3. Affix the provided return label to the package, ensuring it covers any existing shipping labels.
4. Drop off the package at your nearest post office or arrange for a pick-up, following the instructions on the return label.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make the return process as hassle-free as possible.
