You can track your order by using the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please contact our customer support at support@aussiecarsupplies.com.
We accept returns within 30 days from delivery. The return label is included within the box, and there is no restocking fee. All returns are free of charge.
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system promptly. Therefore, changes to orders may not be possible. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@aussiecarsupplies.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Used items may not be eligible for return.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
